Renaut Talisman
The Renault Talisman is a passenger car of the D segment produced by the French manufacturer Renault and presented to the public at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show. The Talisman is the successor of the Renault Laguna, pretending to be a radical change from its predecessor, and significantly improving the quality, equipment, and driving pleasure with respect to Laguna III, being a serious rival for sedans in its segment. It is manufactured together with the Renault Espace in the French plant of Renault of Douai, introducing the new platform of Renault, which has the aim of looking towards the superior models to the generalists.
The Talisman features a four-door, 4.85-meter long sedan body, along with a five-door Grand Tour body. Initially it have turbocharged and direct injection.
Among the equipment available, the inclusion of new technologies not existing in the Laguna III is included as a warning of involuntary lane change, active cruising speed control, emergency automatic braking, vehicle warning in blind spots, head-up display piloted suspension, etc. It also maintains the four-wheel drive system "4Control" released in its predecessor.
